These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Promptprepare website at promptprepare.com("Service") operated by Promptprepare ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Promptprepare, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is greater) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Promptprepare provides an AI-powered prompt generation tool that helps users craft optimized prompts for AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Mistral. The Service includes a free tier and optional paid plans.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate prompts designed to produce harmful, illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the Service's prompt generation logic or data.
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate prompts at scale beyond normal human use.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or disrupt the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Promptprepare brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by Promptprepare and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of the prompt text you input and the generated output you receive. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input solely to deliver the Service (generate your prompt).

We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs and do not use them for training AI models.

6. Free Tier & Paid Plans

• Free plan: Up to 10 prompts per day, no credit card required.
• Pro plan: Unlimited prompts, all features — billed monthly or annually. Charges are non-refundable after 14 days except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to paying subscribers.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that generated prompts will produce any specific result in any third-party AI model.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. Always review generated prompts before use in professional or critical contexts.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTPREPARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
